What the label says
It is certified USDA Organic and kosher, made from 100% organic Arabica coffee from Central and South America, and medium roasted, with tasting notes the brand gives as sweet, caramel and hazelnut. Bizzy says the grounds are coarse and micro-sifted for cold brew.
Why micro-sifting matters
Every grind produces some fine dust, and in a long cold steep those fines over-extract into bitterness, pass through mesh filters and settle as sludge. Sifting out fines is what keeps a cold brew clean and easy to filter, and it is something you cannot easily do at home.
