Who we are
ColdBrewNest is edited by Daniel Brooks, who runs a small specialty coffee bar with cold brew and nitro on tap. Every guide on this site comes from hands-on brewing and tasting, across mason jars, drip towers, and pressurized kegs, not from a spec sheet or a press release.
How we work
Our rules are simple and we do not bend them. We buy the gear and coffee we review with our own money. We accept no payment for a ranking or a kind word.
